Located in Trafalgar Square in Central London, The National Gallery is an art museum which was founded all the way back in 1824. The art gallery is home to more than 2,300 paintings, some of which date back to the 13th century. Entry to The National Gallery is free but you must get your ticket before entering. There are new exhibits and events happening here throughout the year too. It’s one of the most visited art museums in the world.
It’s always a good idea to plan your visit before coming so you can see as much as possible. Our helpful team are always on hand if you need anything during your visit so don’t hesitate to speak to someone. Feel free to take photographs here for personal and non-commercial use. There are a few exhibits that will have a sign which will say you can’t though so keep an eye out. If you want to see the rest of our collection which is not on display in the art gallery then you can view them here – collection.
