What Is Dragon Ball Z?
Dragon Ball Z is one of the OG anime series. It ran weekly on Shonen Jump from all the way back in 1988. Episodes from the franchise have still been coming until more recent years. Children that use to watch it way back when have grown up since. But they still remain to love the anime. Coupled along with kids growing up watching it until 2018, the popularity just skyrocketed. There are still digital arguments happening today all over the world as to whether Dragon Ball Z is the best anime series ever. In the early 2000’s Bandai released the Dragon Ball Z trading card game.
The anime series follows the adventures of Son Goku as he defends Earth against all manor of villains. This includes aliens, androids and other magical creatures. Popular characters from the show include names like Vegeta, Frieza and Gohan. Gohan is Goku’s son, the story also parallels his life too. Since Dragon Ball Z came out it had two sequel series: Dragon Ball GT and Dragon Ball Super.
